Happy 2008!!!

Wow...we can hardly believe that 2007 has already passed us by and that 2008 is here! 2007 was such an incredible year for us, the highlight of course being the birth of our son, D, on March 23rd. Here are a few of the things we are so thankful for in 2007 (in no particular order as they are all equally important and interconnected):
1. D's happy and healthy arrival
2. The opportunity for G to pursue his life-long dream of a PhD
3. The ability for me to become a stay-at-home-mom
4. Being able to spend both Thanksgiving and Christmas with our immediate families
5. Having wonderful families
6. Having wonderful friends and neighbors
7. Re-connecting with old friends
8. G's and my own health and happiness (and sanity!)
9. Living and owning a home in a place we enjoy...thank goodness for 4 glorious seasons
10. The ability to try for kid 2
We three are looking forward to all that 2008 has in store and hope that on this day, at least, you will stop to ponder all the things that made your 2007 spectacular and all the things you hope for in 2008. Now go make them happen :)!
