August 15th was G and my 7th anniversary ♥ ! We were actually still in MN visiting MG&J, so we decided to celebrate in style a few weekends later. We dropped the kiddos off with their cousins for some serious fun and then headed to downtown Denver. G created an amazing plan to hit several different breweries, and let the fun begin :).
Breckenridge Brewery was up first!
Many stops later, we ate dinner at the Wynkoop Brewery. I was a little steamed that they were out of the chili beer I had been craving, and the main reason we actually stopped in. Oh well, next time :).
The next morning we walked through downtown Denver taking in a few additional sites :).
D was soooooo tired after playing hard with his cousins. He slept on the drive back to the Springs and continued to sleep after we got home lol.
And as usual, our non-sleeper decided reading books would be more fun :).
