Great Sand Dunes Camping Trip

This past weekend, we took our first ever Boyarko Family camping trip! We made our way to the Great Sand Dunes, which was absolutely amazing! Here are some pictures...

Um, hello gear overload! My once-plenty-large trunk suddenly found itself lacking LOL. Looks like we need to invest in a roof-carrier :).














Arrival at the campsite!














After getting the tents set-up, we made our way to the dunes for some serious sand mess fun!!!

Tired and cold, the kids decided a rest break was in order. P made good use of her spotting scope to keep an eye on the dunes though.

Beautiful backdrop for playtime! Unfortunately, the wildfires in neighboring states generated quite the haze, which you can really see in this picture.
