Though we have yet to see it in person, we did see the new Darth Vader balloon via a live video stream provided by a local news channel. We are very hopeful that this new balloon will find its way into the air space near our home, but today the wind was blowing the balloons North rather than East. The news also reported that many of the special shape balloons inflated but did not take off due to the wind conditions (i.e. too windy).
