Hoooooo Hoooooo

This morning took us to Bear Creek Nature Center to learn about Owls! Another very fun time capped off with a great (but slightly chilly) picnic lunch with friends. Loving every minute we get to spend outside and with friends! The motto at the Centers is 'No Child Left Inside'...perfect!!!!

They actually got to touch these babies to see just how soft the feathers are, and it gave them a good idea of size as well. You can see both kids have a paper mouse as they were pretending to be Owls on the hunt :).

Mr. B read a cool book all about Owls to us before we headed out to hike around and explore outside. Ironically, we just borrowed this book from P's music teacher yesterday and read it this morning before we left for the Center lol.
