Exciting Times!

Yesterday, despite the copious amounts of snow and chilly temps, we made our way to Bear Creek Nature Center for our monthly kid program. The outdoor piece was a little shorter than usual because the trail was covered in snow, and the surrounding trees felt compelled to dump large clumps on random passer-by's heads LOL :). Anyhoo, I got a few pics of the kids...

...listening and...

...goofing :).

Last night, the usual reader became the readee...

D brought home two books from school on October 14th, and has been reading to us ever since :). Too cool! The one he is reading in the video above is new, and this was the second time he read it to me.

Today the Pixie Skate class we've been going to morphed into a costume skate, so we decided to give it a go :). Unfortunately, D has school during the class, so he wasn't able to attend. P was SUPER excited to dress up in her Snow White costume at long last...

1, 2, 3...awwwwwwwwwww ♥!!!! What a cutie patootie :).

And, I'm not sure whether it was the company (her friends S and A) or the costume, but she actually skated, without crying or wanting to be done, for an hour and 15 minutes this time! Yippeeeeeee! Here she is doing the 'limbo' as can only be done by a two-year-old lol...

A, P and S...buddies :)!
