Nesting, AnnieJr. & Touch-a-Truck

As you may recall (very end of this post), we have a Robin's nest right outside our dining room window. We've been checking it daily, and so far, there are still four little blue eggs and no little baby birdies. I suspect things are close though, because I looked up how long this normally takes and read that it usually takes somewhere between 12 - 16 days to hatch (I remember noticing the eggs on April 26th). Plus, Mommy birdie REFUSES to leave the nest long enough for me to snap a picture (mind you that I am taking these from inside the window, and using zoom). And, she's been standing up a lot more in the nest, rather than sitting all cozy on the eggs. We're crossing our fingers that there will be four little ones soon!!!

And, our Easter seeds did continue to grow into this! No flowers, but growth none-the-less :).

I took D to see Annie Jr. last night with some friends. The performance was a little over one hour, and the cast was comprised of kids. They were amazing! Glee-amazing! D did a good job, but with the loss of his naps, he was pretty tired. I LOVE this picture of D and his buddy!

Always amazed when I actually capture a good smile on film :)! He got signatures on his playbill from Annie, Miss Hannigan, and Mr. Warbucks after the performance.

And, we needed some goofy faces after getting such great ones earlier :)!!!

Today, we made our way to Touch-a-Truck! Super fun event with about every truck imaginable present. The kids absolutely loved crawling in/out/all-over/around/and any other way you can think of, the trucks as well as honking the horns, incessantly lol.

Definitely double trouble!

Picture is fuzzy, but I thought it was a great way to see just how large this cement truck really is.

P trying to honk the horn while D flips every single switch on the dash :). He actually turned on a radio while he was at it lol.

Racer P!

They hopped in the back of a Hum-Vee :).

Taking a rest in the scooper :).

D testing out his mini-loader skills.

Sliiiiiiiiide!

P got two slides in with help from the organizers. Unfortunately, she couldn't get up the ladder without the use of her second hand (no gripping ability) and I was not allowed inside to help her :(.

She settled for some bounce time ♥. Brave little girl!!

The look on her face says it all ♥...Mom, it's time to G.O.!!!!!!
