Christmas Cookies and Carols

The kiddos received a few fun Christmas packages from family today ♥. They LOVE their new ornaments (thanks B&E!!!!!) and CAN'T wait to make sugar cookies with the fabulouso cookie kit their Aunt M sent them. OMG thank you so much...we will all enjoy making that a fun, new tradition!!

Here they are with the cookie kit. Yes, D looks like he is in serious pain, but that is simply his camera smile these days lol.














And, tonight was movie night at our gym (yes, we continue to be spoiled by this place). The kids got all bundled up in their Christmas jammies, brought pillows, blankets and smiles, and we all watched A Christmas Carol together (Disney animated version). I have to say that movie was a little scary/creepy in spots, so I was grateful that the kids attention spans aren't long enough for that length of movie right now. We had a great time though and would do it again!










































Tomorrow we head to FoCo to pick up my Dad's office desk and credenza to bring back to our house. I LOVE that our home is filled with furniture which holds memories ♥. Nothing matches, but all of it has meaning and is well-worn. Translation...if the kids hurt it, no one will care lol :). Another scratch or paint smear only adds to the nostalgia!
