A Baby Update

I had another appointment this afternoon to see how baby P is doing. Thankfully, she is doing just great and so am I! Unfortunately, there is no real "progress" at this time though, so no early baby as of yet. Which is fine. We have family coming in on the 14th, so we both hope she waits until then so that we have in-house help with D. The doc did give me a few tips on things I can be doing to try and encourage some progress, so we'll see what is up next Friday at the next appointment. She was also amenable to a scheduled induction (no earlier than the due date) provided my body is showing signs of progress. Sounds good to me, but ONLY if progress has been made. With D, we pretty much forced the issue; G was leaving to go out of the state for a year and we wanted to make sure he saw the birth. However, that experience was enough to know we won't be doing it again :). So, please send us all of your "ripening" thoughts!!!
