Fun Fun Fun ABQ AMs

As our summer days come to an end, we have been enjoying every little minute we can outside. Of course, in the 505, this mostly means doing things in the AM hours, unless you enjoy the smokin' hot (and unusually humid) temps...which we don't :). I randomly watched a special on TV last night talking about how park equipment can reach temps in the mid 100's on a 104 degree day. HOT HOT HOT! Perhaps this is why my intuition has been telling me to stay away. Anyhoo, here are some pics from the past two days of fun-filled ABQ-ventures:

After spending a summer collecting dust in our garage, the GIRAFFE pool finally came out to play \o/! Too bad I kept referring to it as Zebra (WTF?) and D called it an elephant lol. As you can see, it will no longer be collecting dust :).














I had even forgotten that it sprays water too...of course, the kids were quick to wipe that dust off my brain lol.

And today there was a big bug infestation :D. Too bad the big ones aren't usually this cute ♥.

Here fishy, fishy, fishy :)! We made a stop-off at our favorite indoor haunt...the ABQ Aquarium to cool down before grabbing a picnic lunch and making our way home for naps :).
