Today we had two unexpectedly easy (and unexpected in one case) milestones.
For the faint of heart or queasy of stomach, this first one is a poop post :). After dinner, D informed his Daddy that he needed to "poopy". So, G took D to the real bathroom (we don't have anything yet for potty training as we weren't planning to start until after his 2nd b-day) to try. And, it was met with success!!! We are hopeful that this means D is ready to commence potty training, but we certainly won't be holding our breath.
And, on the P front, we decided to try giving her a bottle today for the first time and she took to it like a champ. No.fighting.no.crying.just.sucking.it.down. Wow! We were proud of her, and it served to reinforce that she is just an eating champ all around. No wonder she came up 9 lbs 2 oz at two weeks :). Whew!
